There are 2 domestic Bus-Terminals in Tacna and they are separated. One is for Lima, Arequipa, Camana and Ica, and the other one is for Puno. When you get on a taxi, you should say which domestic bus terminal you want go.

In the terminal, old price lists are putting on, for that you can't believe on them. You should check the latest time schedule on the ticket counter. You need show your ID to staff when you buy your ticket and get on the bus. Then tax is S1 for the use of public terminal, you have to pay it on other counter in the terminal and pass it to your bus driver. In the terminal, there are small shops which sell food, small products, hand-made crafts, money change, luggage service (S2-5 depends on size), tourist information (i-Peru), and police station. Toilet costs S0.5.

If you have a ticket of the bus company "Flores", they have private bus terminal which located in next block of public bus terminals. And you don't need to pay the tax of S1.
