Shopping

Important products in Tacna are, “Pisco” and “Wine”. There are some wineries which accept visitors. Especially Pisco is produced only 4 regions, Lima, Ica, Arequipa and Tacna in Peru. In bar you have a chance to taste some cocktails, “Pisco sour” and “Tacna sour”. If you like sweet liquor, I recommend you to try “Damasco” which is a liquor with plums.

And some agricultural products are also well-known. Oregano is herb which is used quite well in Peruvian Food. Tacna produces 53.15% of the whole olive crop in Peru. In high-quality olives, green one is young olive and black one which is picked up after completely they are ripe.
